The 4 in Leaders 4 Jesus is much more than a design element. It represents the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, and you. Through Jesus Christ, the Father lovingly invites every person into a relationship with Him through the power and presence of the Holy Spirit. Yet God never forces that relationship. He extends the invitation, but each of us must choose whether we will accept it and follow Christ.
The 4 is also intentionally designed in the shape of a cross and stands between the words Leaders and Jesus, reminding us that Jesus Christ and His finished work on the cross make that relationship possible.
At Leaders 4 Jesus, we believe authentic leadership begins with that decision. As we abide in Christ, our lives are transformed, and transformed lives produce transformed leaders. Leadership is not about position, power, or influence for personal gain. It is a sacred trust, faithfully stewarded for God’s glory, the advancement of His Kingdom, and the good of those He has entrusted to our care.
Our mission is to equip pastors, church leaders, boards, and Christian organizations to
strengthen leadership, build healthy ministries, and faithfully steward God’s people and
His mission—always remembering that relationship with Jesus comes before leadership,
transformation before influence, stewardship before success, and Jesus before everything.
We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, supernaturally inspired and inerrant in the original manuscripts. God has preserved the Scriptures, the divinely authoritative standard for all.
We believe that the Godhead exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit and that these three are one God.
We believe that God is the absolute and sole creator of the universe and that creation was by divine command.
We believe God sent Christ into the world to save sinners by His sovereign choice and out of love for all humans.
We believe every Christian should strive to become a disciple of Christ by growing toward spiritual maturity through the knowledge of and obedience to the Word of God and submission to the Holy Spirit, who indwells and seals all believers at the moment of salvation.
We believe it is all about the Kingdom; before we were born, God had a plan for using our gifts, talents, and life experiences to fulfill our unique role in accomplishing His Kingdom plan of Heaven on Earth.

If you’re a pastor, thank you. The calling God has placed on your life is both a privilege and a tremendous responsibility. I understand the weight you carry. Shepherding God’s people while managing staff, developing leaders, writing policies, navigating conflict, making difficult decisions, and handling the countless responsibilities that no one prepares you for in seminary—all while trying to protect time for prayer, preaching, and the people God has entrusted to your care.
The truth is, much of that work never disappears simply because it isn’t where your gifts or calling lie. And God never intended for you to carry it alone.
In Exodus 18:13–18, Jethro lovingly told Moses that the burden he was carrying was too heavy for one person. His solution wasn’t for Moses to work harder—it was to develop leaders, share responsibility, and build healthy systems that would strengthen God’s people. That same principle is just as relevant today.
At Leaders 4 Jesus, we come alongside pastors, church leaders, and ministry teams to strengthen the organizational side of ministry, develop healthy leaders, and build the structures that allow churches to flourish. Our desire is to help remove unnecessary burdens so you can devote more of your time and energy to the work only you can do—prayer, the ministry of God’s Word, and shepherding His people.
