A Christian Coach, Consultant, & Author
Hi, I’m Susan. I walk with leaders and women who love God — but know there has to be more than striving, surviving, or performing for Him.
For more than two decades, I’ve walked alongside people and organizations trying to do meaningful work without losing themselves in the process. I’ve worked in leadership development and organizational health across many spaces—corporate environments, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations—learning what helps people flourish and what quietly wears them down.
In 2001, I founded a nonprofit created to support underserved families. That experience shaped me deeply. It taught me what it looks like to serve real people with real needs, and how important it is for leadership to be grounded in compassion, clarity, and integrity.

Over the years, I’ve also served on boards and within my local community, giving me a firsthand understanding of the responsibility leaders carry—and how isolating leadership can feel when you’re trying to do the right thing.
My formal training includes a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from American University and the National Training Laboratories, and I am a certified Church Consultant. But more than titles or credentials, my work is shaped by listening, discernment, and a deep belief that healthy leadership flows from wholeness and intimacy with God.

Over the years, I’ve seen how easily passion can turn into pressure — especially in ministry. My calling is to help bring leaders and believers back to identity, clarity, and intimacy with Christ.

This conviction shapes both my church consulting work and Ishi’s Brides, where women are invited into a deeper understanding of God’s personal, covenant love.
